He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pacuk and Josephine Pacuk; his wife Jean Fritz Pacuk; and his sons, Thomas Pacuk and Edward Pacuk.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Kathy), Matthew (Désirée) and Barbara (Christian); and his daughters-in-law, Stacey and Sue. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
