She is survived by: her father Donald Berkhofer; her daughters, Taylor Haley (Steven) and Brittany Gerety (Daniel); her sisters, Darcy Muntz (Gene) and Jennifer Millious (Dave); her grandchildren, Emaleigh, Kora, Harleigh, Seth, Benjamin and Luke; and her nephews, Austin and Dylan Muntz.
