He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick P. Goebel and Nola Goebel (Capwell); and his sister Pearl. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hazen (Brian), Tina Mesmer (Robert), Paul W. Jr. (Heidi Stout), Crystal Maguire and Butch Burdick; his grandchildren, Rachel, Emmy-Jo, Steven, Jacquelyn, Lucas, Jasper, Declan, Pacey and Ella; and his brother Donald Goebel (Ethel). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
