She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Phillips and Lillian Phillips (Wahl); and her daughter Michelle Callan (Dan). She is survived by: her son Brent; her grandson Eagle Scouts; her husband Michael O'Brien; her daughter-in-law Kathy Laskowski; her grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, Katie, Andrew and Kaitlyn Callan (Jay Baker); her great grandchildren, Harper Baker and Henry Baker; her granddaughter Cassandra Callan (Dan Recker); her daughters, Melody Recker and Madelyn Recker; her grandson Ryan Callan; and her cousins, Gail Schoonmaker, Richard Price (Dot) and John Price (Marion).
