She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Smith and Marion Smith (Palmer); her son Michael; her daughters-in-law, Karin (Murphy), Marian Terwilliger (Philip), Lorraine Horstman (Richard), Patrica Smith and Joyce Smith (Richard); and her nephew Richie Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Beth) and John (Karla); her grandchildren, Michael, Lauren and Emma; her great grandchildren, Paige, Owen and Liam; and her siblings, Elaine, Rita Darmstadter (Vern), Katherine Trow (Pete) and Larry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
