With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lawrence J. Resti (Hancock, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2025 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence J. Resti to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Resti and Constance Resti; his siblings, Robert Resti and Catherine Resti; his nephew Anthony Resti; and his sister-in-law Cecilia Resti.

He is survived by: his wife Jane Lott; his sons, Lawrence Jr. (Sarah) and Patrick; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Madison and Jackson Resti; his brothers, James, Gary (Margaret) and Patrick (Laura); and his nephew Larry.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henderson-Biedekapp Funeral Chapel (29 E Main St, Hancock, NY 13783).

Donations can be made in Larry's memory to the Hancock Community Education Foundation, P.O. Box 819 Hancock, NY, 13783, to benefit the Anthony Resti Scholarship or the Kate Resti Scholarship.
