She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn White and Carola White; her husband W. Douglas Phillips; and her siblings, Lewis White and Louise Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Milko (Michael), Doug Phillips (Sharon), Charlie Phillips (Connie) and Bill Phillips (Cathy); her grandchildren, Aaron Phillips, Melissa Dubas (Ryan), Ryan Phillips (Breanne), Tyler Phillips (Katie), Lyndsey and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Harper, Henley, Conor, Ryleigh and Bennett.
