He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Skinner and Clare Skinner (Homer); and his aunts, Linda Kauffman and Judy Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Harlee Kramer; his granddaughter Clare Kramer; his brother Mark Skinner (Lynn); and his nephews, Andrew and Alex Skinner. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
