She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mills and Katherine Mills; her husband Richard; her son Frederic Benson; her siblings, Claire Mills Collins and James Mills Jr.; and her son-in-law William Gotthardt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Claire Gotthardt, Katherine Kelly (Bill), Carolyn Hayes (Liz) and Aileen Muller (Bob); her grandchildren, Daniel Gotthardt (Miranda), Jared Gotthardt, Sarah Johnson (Kyle), Reid Kelly, Anne Kelly, Rachel Smith (Ryan), Rebecca Hayes, Stephanie Muller, Kristina Muller and Samantha Muller; her great grandchildren, Trinity, Taylor Gotthardt, Peyton and Evan Johnson; her siblings, Louise Mills Hawley and Frederic Mills; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Castaldy and Linda Reese. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
