She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Wormuth and Georgeanna Wormuth; and her husband Van Guthrie. She is survived by: her siblings, Juanita Macknik, Jean Whitmore (Nelson), Barbara Zupa (John), Robin Ignatovich (Paul), Ronald (Barbara), Raymond (Marilynn), Gerald (Mary), Maurice (Sherry), Russell, Charles (Sarah), Lyndon, Kevin (Judy) and Scott (Jodi); her niece Chiara; and her nephew Cooper. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
