He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Branning and Rachel Branning. He is survived by: his children, Jason (Stephanie) of Bangor, PA, Nick (Amy) of Pleasant Mount, PA and Amy (Jeff) of Susquehanna, PA; and his siblings, Alayne, Julie, Bill, Linda, Steven, Matt and James. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
