He is survived by: his parents, Henry Phillips and Theresa Phillips (Horton); his wife Elaine of Hampton, NY; his children, Hollien Phillips, Thomas Phillips Jr., Dennis Phillips (Jean) of Wallingford and Clayton Heckman; and his stepsons, Michael Phillips (Heidi) of Otisville, NY, Raymond Phillips and William Phillips (Jackie) of Fair Haven, VT. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
