He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Panoushek and Henry Panoushek, Sr.; his brothers, Morris and Russell; his grandsons, Kyle Bunker, Shawn Panoushek, Justin Panoushek and Jeremy Spaulding; and his great grandchild Austin Nadeau.
He is survived by: his significant other Patricia; his children, Diana Lehmkuhl (Mike), Susan Bunker (Bill), Jeffrey Panoushek (Angie), Steven Panoushek (Emily), Karen Spaulding and Joanne Gates (Gary); his siblings, Henry Panoushek (Betty) and Frances Stark (Richard); and his sister-in-law Patty Marchland Panoushek. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
