Higgins (Hammondsport, New York), born in Wayne, New York, who passed away on January 27, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. A. and Ilse Borland Hanfmann; her children, Karl Higgins (Julie) of Bath, Karen Sito and Linda Chips of Missouri; her granddaughter Korbie Higgins; her great grandchild Paige Rivers; her husband Paul F. Higgins, Jr.; and her sister Vera Weisskopf.
