He is survived by: his wife Julie Cummings of Hammondsport; his daughter Sharise Shermer (Mark) of Penn Yan, N. Y.; his stepdaughter Candace Scotchmer of Bath, N. Y.; his brothers, John Cummings (Cathy) of Florida and Clinton Cummings, Jr. of Hammondsport; and his grandchildren, Jeddrik Cummings of Penn Yan, N. Y, Saxxon Moore of Penn Yan, N. Y, Malik Moore of Penn Yan, N. Y and Rich.
