It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman R. Heytmeijer (Hammondsport, New York), who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Heytmmeijer and Reintje Heytmmeijer (Vlijn); his son-in-law Brian Schmidt; his brother-in-law Arle van Velzen; and his cousins, Meip, Jake van Cuilenburg and Kitty Dinse (Tom).
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his daughter Susanne Schmidt; his grandchildren, Kyle and Chris; his daughter Jeanne Dunn (Porter); his grandchildren, Chase and Annika; his sister Ingrid van Velzen; his nephew Eric; his niece Mireille; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elle, Sofie, Daan and Fabian; his cousin Rita Petrocine (Bill); and also, Kirsten, Kyle, Sara, Ken van Lecuwen (Kim), Katie, James, Kaija Johnston (Josh), Natalie, Bryce and Cole Dinse.
