She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hoad and Luella Hoad (Walruth); her brother David Hoad; and her former husband Jeffrey Modest. She is survived by: her husband Willie; her children, Jason Baldwin (Kim), Bryon Baldwin and April Baldwin; and her brothers, Randy Hoad, Ricky Hoad and Rodney Hoad. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
