Kibbe (Hammondsport, New York), born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roy Raymond; her husband George W. Kibbe; and her brother Robert Moore. She is survived by: her sons, Jan Fitzpatrick (Barb) and Guy Fitzpatrick (Betty); her stepsons, Bud Kibbe (Lucy) and Kevin Kibbe (Kelly); her grandchildren, Beth Fitzpatrick Muckenhoupt (Ben), Ed Fitzpatrick and Carly McConnell (Chris); her great grandchildren, Cameron McConnel, Jacob Fitzpatrick, Kyle Fitzpatrick and Preston McConnell; her stepgreat-grandson Philip Kibbe; and her grandchild Daton Kibbe.
