He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Quackenbush and Dorothy Leach Quackenbush; his wife Helen; his son David; and his sisters, Arlene Crook (Herb), Cecile Baker (William) and Eva Dodge (Wayne).
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Ramsey (Dave), Skip Quackenbush, Lorrie Howell (Greg Blessing) and Cindy Quackenbush; his daughter-in-law Kelly Quackenbush; and his grandchildren, Albert Quackenbush IV (Kymberli), Benjamin Quackenbush (Emily), Luella Howell (Anthony Cranmer), Amanda Howell, Steve Quackenbush (Racheal), Jaclyn Howell, Jeremy Provost (Stacey), Jennifer Ryan, Kori Holley (Jacob), Lee Ann Koenig (John) and Andrew Ramsey (Allison). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
