He was predeceased by: his father George of Newark. He is survived by: his wife Shari A. Rugenstein; his daughters, Elaina Rugenstein of Geneva, Jeralyn Rugenstein of Hamlin and Georgia Rugenstein of Rochester; his stepson Demitri DiProsperio of Hamlin; his mother Linda Rugenstein of Newark; his siblings, Bryan Rugenstein of Seneca Falls, Sherri Terrace Rugenstein (Chris Crawford) and Katie Rugenstein (Dan Crosby) of Clyde; his parents-in-law, Vincent James DiProspero (MaryBeth) and Patricia Imburgia; his brother-in-law Vincent DiProspero Jr. (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Laila, Michael, Preston, Maximilian, Jade, Brayden, Ja'Vier and Milleah. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
