He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Terrance Alan (Lisa), LeeAnn and David Thomas; his grandchildren, Ryan, Julia and Terrance Joseph; and his siblings, Tom, Cheri, Gaylon and Wayne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
