She is survived by: her children, Dale Bloodworth (Wendy) of Alexander City, AL and Amy Hofstra (David) of Hamlin, NY; her daughter-in-law Billie Bloodworth of Mena, AK; her grandchildren, Sydney O'Bryant (Zack) of Muscle Shoals, AL, Shelby Bloodworth of Alexander City, AL, Samual, Rebecca, William, Sarah Bloodworth of Mena, AK, Coty, Mason, Hanna, Austin Broskin of Hamlin, NY, Anthony McClaire-Hofstra of Gates, NY, David, Kaleb, Johnathan, Vincenzo, Isabella Hofstra of Brockport, NY, Paige Hofstra and Chance Webster of Hilton, NY; her great grandchild Kade Broskin of Hamlin, NY; and her sister H. Patricia Creviston of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
