It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Madeline B. Adams of Hamlin, New York, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Hawkins and Clara Hawkins; her brothers, Edward Hawkins Jr. and Thomas Hawkins; and her son-in-law John Lankowsky.

She is survived by : her husband Edward Adams, Jr.; her daughters, Deborah Zielinski and Pam Lankowsky; her granddaughters, Jennifer Lankowsky, Melanie Groom (Tim) and Melissa Zielinski (Ben); and her great grandchild Samantha Groom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Palliative Care Team at Unity Hospital.
