He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; and his parents, Otto House and Marie Miller (Bob). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Kuhn (Michael) and Kelly Faro (Tony); his grandchildren, Aaron, Mackenzie, Jacob Gerwitz, Alyssa Faro, Michael, Maddie and Tegan Kuhn; and his brothers, Dave Miller (Donna), Doug Miller (Lisa) and Larry Zeliff (Sarah). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to the Morton Baptist Church in Gary's memory.
