He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gale Foster (Dumers); his children, Thomas Foster (Donna Flag), Latitisa Vanderworken (Don), Jamie Foster (Amy), Andrew Foster (Wendy), Pamela Dailey and Jason Foster (Ramela King); his stepsons, Stephen Gale and Craig Gale; and his siblings, Barbara Arnold, Margaret Scribner (Ernie) and David Foster. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
