He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilber, Burton "Bud" and Marion. He is survived by: his granddaughter Connor Hospital; his parents, Burton Aikens and Catherine Aikens (Gladstone); his wife Wanda Aikens (Johnson); his daughters, Janice Elwell (Ritchie Gabriel) of Andes, Julie Langan (Michael) of Schoharie and Anne Aikens (Martin Whitbeck) of Delhi; his grandchildren, Jesse Elwell (Stacey), Nathan Langan (Megan), Josie Elwell (Sarah), Hubba Langan (Courtney), Lindsay Whitbeck (Alex), Matthew, Lauren, Jessica, Jeffrey, Deanna, Joseph and Jamie; his great grandchildren, Henry Wyatt, Henry George, Kaident, Adalyn and Landon; his sister Barbara Doyle of Delancey; and also, Fred Barkalow (Pam) of Delhi, Terry Peck (Fred) of Delhi, Dennis Kinch of Delhi and Christy Llewellyn (Steve) of Oneonta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
