He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Roupp and Patricia Tokarz; his siblings, Thomas Roupp (Karen) of Bloomville, NY, Christopher Roupp (Lisa Myers) of Bloomville, NY, Ann Marie (David Pinder) of Jefferson, NY and Mary Kay Steiber of Hobart, NY.; and his daughter Jessica Kelley of Walton, NY. He was also cherished by two grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
