He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Wise. He is survived by: his spouse Shannon Wise; his children, Matthew Jackson (Heather) and Kelsey Wise; his granddaughters, Cecilia "Ceci" and Josephine "Jo" Jackson; his mother Marjorie Wise; his siblings, Wanda Bukowski (Paul), Wayne (Linda), Walt (Lynn) and Wendy Wise (Hal); and his close friends, Dave and Kelly Lauria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
