He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Schara; his sons, David, William (Debra) and Richard (Tracie); his grandchildren, Devin (Kendra), Amanda, Chandra (Justin), Angelina, Aurora (Nick), Reece and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Emily, Kennedy, Savannah, Joshua, Dexter, Jocelynn and Maverick.

In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's name may be made to SS Peter & Paul Church.
