He is survived by: his spouse Irissia M. Pedersen; his children, Irissia Mueller (Robert), Pamela Fuller (Richard), Ronald Phelan (Lori) and Joseph Phelan; and his siblings, George Pedersen (Cheryl) and Shirley Bailey (Charles). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
