He was predeceased by: his sibling Thomas Kotowski (Maxine). He is survived by: his spouse Gail A.; his children, Timothy Kotowski (Kelly) and Gail L. Hoffman (Richard); his stepdaughter Laura Ellis (Richard); his grandchildren, Kyle Lynn, Alyssa, Sarah, Kate, Kelsey, Aaron, Simon and Gabriel; his siblings, Christine Herrnreiter (late Robert), David Kotowksi and Lawrence Kotowski (Karen); and his sister-in-law Barbara Rinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
