He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann; his children, Thomas Lembke (Kim), Rose Kruszka (Ken Krebs), Joseph Lembke (Bonnie), LuAnne Kingston (Jeffrey), Michele Mercer (Jerry Kane) and James Lembke (Sandy); his grandchildren, Thomas (Christina), Mitchell Lembke (Andi), Rachael (Tim Healy), Brandon, Jesse Kruszka, Joseph, Andrew Lembke, Lindsay, Kelly Kingston (Mike Rhoades), Francie, Marky, Bethy, Matthew Mercer, Jimmy, Victoria and Zachery Lembke; his great grandchildren, Mason, Emma Lembke, Addison, Harper Healy and Brooklyn Kruszka; and his siblings, Ann Gennocro (late Paul), Mary Stenzel (Herb), Mike Lembke (Sue), Kathy Krywalski (Jim) and John Lembke (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
We are asking all guests to please abide by CDC and NYS Guidelines regarding masks: if you are fully vaccinated, you are not required to wear a mask in the funeral home, but you are welcome to maintain wearing them for your comfort.
