She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie "Bill" Inskip and Jean Inskip; and her brother Warren L. Inskip. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" L. Zakowicz; her son Dennis "Denny" P. Pillard Jr.; her siblings, John W. (Kathy), Thomas W., Terri L., Edward P. Inskip and Robin J. Concannon; her grandchildren, Jessica, Casey and Haley; and her great grandchildren, Corbyn and Easton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
