With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sam Vernon Jr. of Hamburg, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sam may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sam touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Sr. Vernon and Elizabeth Vernon; and his brother Gary Vernon. He is survived by: his children, Laura Kruger (A. G.) and Jacob "Jake" Vernon; his grandchildren, Geo and Marina Kruger; and his brothers, Rick (Linda), Ron (Sue) and Russ Vernon (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
