It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose A. Kostrzycki of Hamburg, New York, who passed away on June 1, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jerome Kostrzycki; her children, Kathleen Carlini (Gerald), Jerome Jr. Kostrzycki (Dawn) and Sharon Potter (Frank); and her niece Janet Kosmoski. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

If desired, donations may be made in Rose's name to Hospice Foundation.
