He was predeceased by: his spouse Pat "Irene" Wortman; and his son Kevin Wortman. He is survived by: his children, Kathy White (Fred) and David Wortman (Jill); and his grandchildren, Monica, Brianna, Jesse and Casey. He is also survived by relatives, friends, and neighbors.
