He is survived by: his wife Carol Bergman Caldwell; his children, Danielle Ezell (Joe Smith), Ken Caldwell (Lindsey), Harmony DePan (Eric) and Caroline Ricchiazzi (Christopher Groden); his grandchildren, Bryson, Alexandria, William, Victoria, Devon, Carter, Ellie and Chloe; and his pets, Schatzi and Barchen.
