He was predeceased by: his spouse Marion F. Blake; and his sister Dorothy Delaney (late Ed). He is survived by: his children, Patricia Cody, Richard Blake (Patricia), Kathryn Owczarczak (Eugene), Dr. James Blake (Barbara) and Kevin Blake (Jody); and his siblings, Jean Ray (late Vincent), Mary Anne Chazen (late Jack), Virginia McCanna (John) and George Blake. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Blake's name to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
