He is survived by: his spouse Willena Milley; his children, James Milley, Debra Nickerson (David), Paul (Patricia), Michael Milley (Kristine), Carol Appleton (Benjamin), Donna Milley and Scott Milley (Wanda); and his siblings, Anthony Milley, Kenneth Milley, Gordon Milley and Madonna Herridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
