She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Haines; her daughters, Linda Lacelle (Charles) and Sandra Waring (Jeffrey); her granddaughters, Marissa Lacelle and Hannah Waring; and her siblings, Dorothy Scheffler (late Lawrence) and Joseph Leroy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Pat's name to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
