We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 80, Patricia Bradfield (Hamburg, New York), born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mackowiak and Alice Kolodziej; her brother Norman Mackowiak (Nancy); and her stepfather William Kolodziej. She is survived by: her sister Marie Edwards (Bruce) of Hamburg; her children, Donna Factor (Michael) of Folly Beach, SC and Alan Bradfield (Sheree) of Johnson City, TN.; her grandchildren, Casey Englander of Washington, DC, Kylie Englander of Columbia, SC, Hayden Bradfield of Knoxville, TN and Haylee Bradfield of Denver, CO.; and her niece Sallie Anne Edwards of Hamburg.
