With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nicholas J. Mauro (Hamburg, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mauro and Ann Mauro; his son Christopher Mauro; and his grandchild Christy Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughter Elizabeth Mauro (Katie Miller); his stepdaughters, Stephanie Naughton and Judy Wheeler; his grandchildren, Emery, Jack, Michael and Kylie; and his siblings, Fay Mancuso (Frank) and Tony Mauro (Tina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial Hamburg Chapel (4199 Lake Shore Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
