It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael E. Milligan (Hamburg, New York), who passed away on October 10, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Milligan and Cyrene Milligan; and his sister Mary Milligan. He is survived by: his children, Michelle, Michael, Kelly and Jeffrey; his wife Eloise Milligan; his children, Melissa Sheehan (Jerome), Rebecca Wickett (Daniel), Roger Kraus (Jenny), Holly Donohue (Nadine), Joseph Donohue III, Grampa, Jeremy, Gavin, Brayden, Luke, Carly, Shane and Mary; his siblings, Harry "Bud" (late Earline), Timothy Milligan (Laurie) and Sue Cycon (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Gerald, David, Donald (Renee), George Welsted (Bonnie), Catherine Bellanti (late Martin), Carol Smith (Drew), Elizabeth Mahaffey (Terry) and Julie Welsted (Steve Altherr).
