He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Keefe and Kathleen Keefe. He is survived by: his children, Emily, Evan and Matthew; his close friends, Penny, Tori and Zeke; his wife Yvette Keefe; his children, Jordan Keefe and Eric Paluch; his siblings, Patrick Keefe (late Sue), Thomas Keefe, Sheila Willis (Jim) and Kathleen Blaszkiewicz (Harry); and his friend Bill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Lung Association and the SPCA Serving Erie County.
