He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Kowal; and his sister Irene Derouin (Roger). He is survived by: his friend Billie Swab; his children, Eric Kowal (Darlene), Randy Kowal (Julie) and Maryann Amadori; his grandchildren, Sharon Freidman (Simon), Randy (Mickayla), Joseph, Benjamin, Emma Kowal, Jacob, Jeremy and Joel Amadori; and his great grandchildren, Scott, Aaron, Sean, Lilia Freidman and Rowan Kowal. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
