He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Cimato (late Daniel). He is survived by: his wife Donna (Dale); his children, Sandra Mazza (Michael), Sheryl Puchalski (Thomas) and Stacey Denny (Douglas); and his siblings, Robert (late Janet), Judy Hilbert (late Don) and David Brooks (Jeri). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
