She is survived by: her husband Richard Blake; her children, Patricia Cody, Richard Blake (Patricia), Kathryn Owczarczak (Eugene), Dr. James Blake (Barbara) and Kevin Blake (Jody); and her siblings, Jean Hoegemeier (late Harry) and James Kennedy (MaryJo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
