She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Ludwig; her parents, Joseph Slisz and Sophie Slisz; and her brothers, Joseph (late Mary Ellen) and Henry Slisz (late Margaret).
She is survived by: her children, Paula Van Houten, Gregory (Judith) and Douglas Ludwig (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Rachel Van Houten, Elizabeth Krych (David), Nicholas Van Houten (Sarah), David and Jack Ludwig; her great grandchildren, Clara Krych, Charlie Van Houten, Julia Krych and Melody Van Houten; and her brother Charles Slisz.
