She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Malinowski and Alex Malinowski; her boyfriend Robert Zwelling; and her siblings, Elaine Loomis (Frank) and Arnold Malinowski.
She is survived by: her children, John Banas (Sue), Lenore Hofmann of Arizona and James Banas (Donna); her grandchildren, Michael, Christopher Banas (Rachel), Erika, Alyssa Hofmann of Arizona, Anthony (Chelsea) and Cassandra Banas; her great grandchildren, Michael, Raegen and Quinn Banas; and her sister Maureen Richards (late James Konczal). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
