He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Kubiak; and his sister Elizabeth Pilarski (Michael). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Kubiak; his children, Kevin (Shari), Michelle Miller (Joey) and Christopher (Bobbie Harding); his grandchildren, Maigan, Lindsay, Jordyn, Jenna, Emma and Daniel; and his sister Deborah Bieter (Andrew). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
